GuroSuite
Built to DepEd Order No. 015, s. 2026

Enter the scores once. The paperwork writes itself.

Term grades, final grades, report cards, SF2, the PACE form and the awards roll all come out of the class record you are already keeping — transmuted, weighted and rounded the way the order says. Then AI drafts the two things the order cannot compute for you: your Daily Lesson Log, and the progress notes on every learner.

Lesson logs and progress notes drafted for you — from the competencies your division issued and the ratings you recorded. Always yours to edit before you print.

What it does

The five things that eat your evenings, done from one set of records.

Grades that follow the order

Written/Oral Works, Performance Tasks and Examinations weighted per learning area, transmuted on the SY 2026-2027 table, and averaged into final grades. GMRC and Values Education are split by domain, which changes the grade — pooling them can turn a pass into a fail.

Attendance and SF2

A daily roll on your phone, a monthly register that prints, and a running count of who is near the intervention threshold. An unmarked day stays unmarked rather than quietly becoming a present.

Forms that print finished

Annex G for Grades 4 to 12, Annex F and the PACE competency sheets for Grades 1 to 3, and the Annex H awards roll — for the whole class in one print job, with your school’s header already on them.

Yours alone, unless you share it

Your records are yours — isolated at the database level, not just in the app, so nobody else’s account can reach them. When you do want a co-teacher or your whole faculty on the same class lists, you can invite them.

AI

The two things the order cannot compute

A Daily Lesson Log drafted from the competencies your division issued — activities, resources, formative assessment, and the DO 3 s. 2026 declaration of AI use your plan is required to carry. And progress notes for Kindergarten to Grade 3, written from the competency ratings you already recorded, so the two narrative boxes per learner per term are a read-and-edit rather than an evening.

Never invents a competency, a grade, or anything about a child that you did not record. You read it before it prints.
