Who you are dealing with

GuroSuite is operated by Martin Rupert Bulquerin, a sole proprietor in the Philippines. Contact: hello@gurosuite.com.

The service is sold to you, the teacher, not to your school. You do not need anyone’s approval to sign up or to pay, and a school buying for its whole faculty is a separate conversation.

Your account

One account is for one teacher. Keep your password to yourself — anyone holding it can read every learner record in your school. Tell us immediately if you think somebody else has it.

If you invite a colleague, they get the same view of your learners that you have. Invite deliberately.

What you are buying

Basic is a single payment of ₱49.00 and never expires. There is no renewal, no card kept on file, and nothing to cancel.

Standard and Pro renew, because what they add — the AI drafting in particular — costs money every time it runs. Nothing renews automatically. When a period ends it simply ends, and you pay again if you want to carry on.

Any confirmed payment grants the Basic features permanently. If you buy Standard and stop renewing, you keep your class records, grades and report cards; only the recurring extras stop.

Paying

Payment is by GCash transfer. You send the amount and paste the reference number, and a human matches it against the receiving account before anything unlocks — usually within a day. It is a record of your payment, not a checkout, and nothing is charged to you automatically ever.

We never ask for your GCash PIN or MPIN, a card number, or a bank account. If anyone claiming to be from GuroSuite asks for those, it is not us.

Refunds

Seven days, no questions asked. If GuroSuite is not what you needed, email us within seven days of your payment being confirmed and we will refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason and we will not argue.

After seven days, ask anyway. If something is genuinely broken or was mis-sold, we would rather refund you than keep money we did not earn.

Your records are yours

The learners, grades, attendance and remarks you enter belong to you and your school. We hold them so the app can do its job.

Nothing is ever withheld for non-payment. An unpaid account still reaches everything it has entered. What paying unlocks is output — the printable DepEd forms, the lesson plans, the drafting — never access to your own data.

What the app does not promise

GuroSuite implements DepEd Order No. 015, s. 2026 as published, and its arithmetic is tested against the order’s own tables. It is a tool for producing your records — the grades you submit remain your professional judgement and your responsibility. Check a report card before you sign it, as you would one you filled in by hand.

Where the order is ambiguous and we have had to interpret it, that is written down publicly rather than hidden. Where a form is not yet published by DepEd, the app says so.

Text produced by the AI drafting features is a draft. Read it before you send it to a parent. It is written from the ratings you recorded, but a model can still phrase something in a way you would not.

Interruptions

This runs on one server and is maintained by one person. We watch it and back it up nightly, but we cannot promise it is never down. If it is unavailable when you need it — the week report cards are due, say — tell us and we will sort you out, including refunding you if it came to that.

We may change or remove features. If a change removes something you paid for, we will tell you first and refund you if you would rather leave.

Ending it

Stop using it whenever you like; there is nothing to cancel. Ask and we delete everything.

We would only close an account for something serious — using it to store data that is not a school record, attacking the service, or trying to reach another school’s learners. We would tell you why, and give you your data first.

Law

These terms are governed by Philippine law, and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 applies to everything described in the privacy notice. Nothing here takes away a right you have under Philippine consumer law.
